Walks:

The Campsite is located in the Chiltern Hills,
The nearby Market Town of Wendover is located at the foot of the Chiltern Hills
& also nearby Haddington Hill(also called Wendover Hill) is the highest point in The Chiltern Hills/Buckinghamshire(a stone monument/boulder marks the summit). Haddington Hill is partly covered by Wendover Woods.
The highest point is close to Wendover Woods front entrance/car park & is signposted.

Chilterns walk. - Length: 3.4 miles – starts right next to Corner Farm & leads into the woods behind Corner Farm.
Views of the Vale Walks: Coombe Hill Walk & The 7 Mile Circular Walk.
Coombe Hill Walk – Length: 3.5 mile circular – starts at the center of Wendover.
The 7 mile circular walk – starts at the center of Wendover.
Wendover Woods - has 4 Walking Trails ranging from 1 mile to 2.8 miles in length -Easy Access Hilltop Trail, Firecrest Trail, Fitness trail, Hill Fort Trail.

There is a Stile that leads into the woods at the back of Corner Farm, the woods (Hale Wood) itself has a number of footpaths & a bridleway, & it is possible to walk all the way to Wendover Woods (about 1.5 miles) using the Footpaths & only having to cross 1 country lane (as the country lane is all that basically separates the 2 woods).
The Ridgeway National Trail goes through/along the 2 woods.
The Café in the Woods is about 2.5 Miles away by walking.
